Terms of Service & Training Agreement

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the enrollment, attendance, and use of educational workshops, diagnostic clinics, advisory consultations, and website services provided by Neuron Layer Hub Pty Ltd ("Neuron Layer Hub", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 35 Garden Road, Dawson VIC 3858, Australia.

By accessing our website (neuronlayerhub.click), submitting an enrollment enquiry, paying a course deposit, or attending a training session at our Dawson facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services: Educational & Mechanical Engineering Focus

Neuron Layer Hub provides vocational and technical education regarding computer hardware, electrical load management under Australian standards (AS/NZS 3000), fluid dynamics and thermodynamic cooling, and electronic diagnostic repair procedures.

No Financial or Investment Advice: All materials, presentations, calculations, and discussions provided during workshops or on our website are strictly for mechanical, electrical, and educational purposes. Neuron Layer Hub does not provide financial product advice, investment advice, or token valuation recommendations under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

3. Workshop Attendance & Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S)

Participants attending physical workshops at our Dawson engineering laboratory agree to adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including:

• Wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and ESD-safe footwear, in designated bench areas.
• Operating high-voltage test equipment and soldering stations only under the direct supervision of instructors.
• Following all emergency stop, residual current device (RCD), and ventilation protocols.

Neuron Layer Hub reserves the right to immediately dismiss any attendee whose conduct endangers the safety of themselves, other participants, or equipment, without entitlement to a refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Training Materials

All printed course manuals, technical diagrams, calculation workbooks, diagnostic software scripts, and instructional materials provided during workshops remain the intellectual property of Neuron Layer Hub Pty Ltd. Attendees are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to utilize these materials for their own operational maintenance. Redistribution, unauthorized publication, commercial resale, or reproduction of course materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our training and advisory services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we teach industry best practices and Australian compliance rules, attendees and clients remain solely responsible for the safe and compliant execution of electrical work on their own premises.

All permanent electrical modifications to domestic or commercial switchboards must be performed by a licensed A-Grade electrical contractor in accordance with state and national regulations. Neuron Layer Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from hardware modifications performed outside our supervised laboratory.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
